It’s a “green” process. Rockharbour employs the resin infusion process, using 100% vinylester resins and Core Cell® coring material in the construction of the hull and superstructure. This production method provides the strongest and the most durable structure of any fiberglass vessel made today. Vinylester resins protect against osmotic blistering and due to the elasticity of the fiberglass, reduce the chances of crazing or spider cracking. Another advantage of this process is virtually no VOCs are released into the atmosphere during the infusion processes.
